· We are not a tour operator or travel agency
We rent properties of private owners, second houses and holidays houses. We check the houses several times, before and after each location. The owners are the only responsible of the conditions of the house and of its functionality, as agreed on the contract. The tenant, as a leaseholder, is responsible for the integrity of the hose during the location, as agreed on the contract.
· What do you have to expect from us
A house corresponding to the description of the web site; a serious and professional interlocutor; a house suitable for tourist use. The tenant has to observe the regulation (schedule, payment….) and he has to respect the house.
As in all houses, even in our houses there are little defects, but never such as to ruin a normal holiday.
· You can contact our staff for any request: don’t take anything for granted
You have phone number and e-mail: do ask what you need to know about the house. We always try to give you all information directly on the website but we will never be able to be completely exhaustive.
· You make the appropriate choice
You have to choose with great care: read carefully the information on the house file and call us before booking to dispel all doubt. Houses are not interchangeable because they are different among them and because they belong to different owners. However, in that case, we try the best solution.
