Case ad Oriente rent properties of private owners, second houses and holidays houses. We check the houses several times, before and after each location. The owners are the only responsible of the conditions of the house and of its functionality, as agreed on the contract.
The tenant, as a leaseholder, is responsible for the integrity of the hose during the location, as agreed on the contract.
Duties of the tenant-customer :
· to observe the regulation (payments and schedule);
· to respect the house
Arrivals and departures
A week before your arrival Case ad Oriente are asking you the arrival time. On the basis of all arrivals and on the basis of cleansings, we are communicating you an arrival time that can’t be change because of these following reasons:
· the admission time is between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
· the departure time is between 8.30 a.m. and 10 a.m.
· a collaborator of ours has to take every customer to the house;
· on Saturdays there are many arrivals at the same time;
· all houses have to be cleaned in little time;
· everybody would like to leave the house late and everybody would like to move in soon: sorry, it isn’t always possible!
Case ad Oriente is not be considered responsible in the following cases:
· in the case the house is unavailable because of a third party responsibility we will try to change the booked house with another one with the same value. If an alternative house isn’t available, Case ad Oriente might cancel the contract and return only the amount paid by the customer;
· theft in the house;
· cancellation of air or naval ticket and reservation;
· interruption, oversight or anomalies of the following services (under the responsibility of third party):
- municipal street cleaning and refuse disposal service
- streets
- electricity supply
- drinking water supply
- sewer system
- public regulations that limited or adjust public property
- services of block of flats.
Failures during holiday
As what concerns failures, we ourselves are not able to repair them, but we will call a specialist. In any case we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Anyway, the customer should inform us immediately about a failure.
